SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
By placing an order on our website or official platforms, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on domestic orders above ₹449.
- Orders below ₹449 may incur shipping charges as displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
- Any shipping charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
1.2 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within standard business timelines unless otherwise specified.
- Svarnavi reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
1.3 Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email once the order is dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Svarnavi shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
1.4 Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple silver jewellery products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and operational logistics. This shall not be considered partial delivery or breach of contract.
2. RETURN POLICY
2.1 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible silver jewellery products, subject to strict compliance with the conditions below.
Returns requested after 7 days from delivery shall not be entertained.
2.2 Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for return:
- The Product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- The Product must be returned in original packaging.
- Original invoice and all accompanying materials must be included.
- The Product must not be altered, resized, polished, tampered with, or repaired by any third party.
Svarnavi reserves the absolute right to determine eligibility after inspection.
2.3 Non-Returnable Products
The following are not eligible for return except in cases of verified manufacturing defect:
- Personalized or customized silver jewellery
- Clearance or discounted sale items
The Company’s determination of defect shall be final and binding.
3. INSPECTION & APPROVAL RIGHTS
All returned Products shall undergo a detailed quality inspection upon receipt at our warehouse.
Svarnavi reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject returns at its sole discretion.
- Deduct restoration, polishing, or damage costs if applicable.
- Reject returns if Product condition differs from the original shipped condition.
In case of rejection, the Product may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s cost.
4. MISSING ITEMS & FRAUD PREVENTION
If a customer claims to have returned multiple Products but the shipment received does not contain all items declared:
- Svarnavi reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing Product from the refund amount.
- This applies to free gifts, promotional items, and bundled silver items.
- In case of suspected fraud, Svarnavi reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal action.
The Company’s warehouse audit findings shall be treated as final evidence unless proven otherwise.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 Refund Basis
Refunds shall be processed strictly based on:
- The original purchase price mentioned on the invoice.
- Net amount paid after discounts and offers.
Market price fluctuations, current silver rates, or revised product pricing shall not influence refund calculations.
5.2 Refund Timeline
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after:
- Receipt of Product
- Successful inspection and approval
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution. Svarnavi shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
5.3 Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:
- Shipping charges (if applicable)
- COD handling charges (if applicable)
- Gift wrapping or special packaging charges
6. REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY
Replacement or exchange requests are subject to the same conditions as returns.
- Replacement will be processed only after the original Product is received and approved.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the exchanged Product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
- If lower, the difference shall be refunded as per policy.
Svarnavi reserves the right to limit repeated exchange requests from the same customer account.
7. REVERSE PICKUP & NON-SERVICEABLE PIN CODES
7.1 Reverse Pickup
Customers must:
- Be available during scheduled pickup.
- Cooperate with courier partner communication.
Failure to coordinate may result in cancellation of pickup. The return process must then be re-initiated.
7.2 Non-Serviceable Locations
In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable:
- Customers may be required to self-ship via India Post or approved courier.
- Shipping reimbursement shall be capped at ₹70 upon submission of valid proof.
- Any amount exceeding ₹70 may be deducted from the refund amount.
If the location is entirely non-serviceable, the customer bears responsibility for secure shipment.
Svarnavi shall not be liable for self-shipped parcels lost in transit.
8. EMPTY PARCEL / TAMPERING CLAIMS
Claims regarding empty parcels, missing items, or tampered packaging must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory requirements:
- 360-degree unboxing video from sealed condition
- Clear images of outer packaging and label
- Invoice details
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of claim.
Svarnavi reserves the final right of decision in such cases.
9. THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
If a Svarnavi silver jewellery product is purchased from any marketplace, reseller, or third-party platform:
- The return and refund policy of that source shall apply.
- Svarnavi shall not be responsible for processing returns not purchased directly through official channels.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Svarnavi’s total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the purchase value of the Product.
Svarnavi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
11. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Svarnavi reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
